State Farm® Insurance Agent Amy Jones

"This state farm office is the absolute worst insurance provider I have ever done business with. I made a payment and then had my car impounded the next day for no insurance. I called and requested for my motorcycle insurance to be suspended during winter for obvious reasons only to be billed for the bike again the next month. I have never been at fault for an accident yet my rates increase every month. I'm 42 years old. I should not be charged over $200 a month for minimal coverage. My questions and/or complaints are met with attitude in their office that reeks of dog urine. Insurance max just gave me a quote that is going to let me save about $80 per month for the same coverage. The guy that answered the phone at Amy Jones office told my I should "shop around" when I asked why my rates are increasing every month. That piece of advice is the most help I have received from them in the past 10 years. Just a heads up for my community. Quality customer service is absent with this company. Their mistakes are your fault and good luck getting what you pay for."

"I know someone who's been dealing with this agent. And it's just been a constant battle and ended up even worse. They lie. No follow through. Fake to your face. Pretty sure they are against minorities as well. It's just wrong. Don't go to Amy. Go to Todd Jackson. He'll help anyone. Never had an issue"

"If you are a MINORITY; PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM AMY JONES COMPANY! They’re really SWEET, KIND & CARING when you’re handing them cash for Insurance policies. But they did NOT do their JOB when it came to ME; once I was involved in a couple accidents. They’re even making me work my own case against Geico, with NO help; after one of Geico’s clients slid into my truck & dragged it. They basically told me I can handle the case myself since I wasn’t at fault; but Geico Denied Fault. So I had to email Geico pics of the damages their client cost to my vehicle & a video of their client admitting that she SLID into my truck! ETC. I was involved in another accident; where they failed to contact me. After sitting there for hours with their Agent (Spencer) looking for ANYTHING they sent to let me know that my insurance was LASPED! I end up having to find a lawyer because they didn’t let me know that my insurance was recently lapsed until I got into the car accident. Now my license is suspended, I have to get SR22 insurance; all because THEY FAILED to fulfill legal or contractual obligations! Amy will not take fault; she basically told me “It’s a Courtesy call, to let me know when my insurance needs to be renewed” That’s a LIE; it’s STATE LAW that they NOTIFY YOU before allowing you to drive around without coverage. I admit, I have lots going on; I have Sickle Cell Anemia, taking care of my kids & mom who has Dementia. I NEED to be notified; especially after paying 6 months in advance at times. Her agent Spencer, admitted he couldn’t find ANYTHING; Emails, Text, Calls, NOTHING to let me know that they tried to notify me. I was driving for DAYS without coverage with my baby in my vehicle. How I found out, I contacted them after being in an accident I was at Fault for. During the time they said my insurance was lapsed; they sent Happy Birthday text Etc. NOTHING saying “Hey, your insurance is DUE or about to be LASPED” I HATE that I joined AMY JONES insurance agency; they SUCK at doing their job when it came to me. I was a client of theirs for years! This has turned my life upside down; I have non-stop Doc appointments for myself, kids & my mom. I am spending so much cash on Ubers, paying ppl to take me to handle important business; ALL because of a SIMPLE MISTAKE ON THEIR BEHALF! What really sucks is I had lots of cash in the bank at the time; they took a Payment at the scene of the accident & continuing to take payments, knowing I’m unable to drive. Thanks for listening; I feel like they’re doing this to me because I am a Black Woman. They feel like they can just treat me like TRASH, but I’ll spend my LAST DOLLAR on a lawyer to let them know. They messed with the WRONG Black Woman; Sincerely yours, Tyasia… P.S. Also (Michelle) the agent there, is VERY RUDE towards me! I have NO CLUE WHY; she talks to me like TRASH! I wish I can post the recorded tapes of our conversations. I treat EVERYONE with the SAME RESPECT I wanna be treated with. Sorry for the NOVEL; but this has turned my life completely upside down! I’m very hurt & upset, but there is A GOD “Vengeance are MINE said the LORD” The KARMA that’s gonna come after them for messing over the Kind Hearted; what I’m going through right now, will be NOTHING compared to what their gonna face once I PUT THIS ALL in GOD’S HANDS! Amen…"

"Top notch! Went to State Farm to price out my car insurance policy and got Spencer Boats. When he opened his mouth he was so friendly I thought ‘oh gosh, I got the nice guy that’s gonna fleece me,’ but boy was I wrong!! He got me a much better rate than Geico for the same deductible and coverage! I am definitely coming back to Mr Boats with my homeowners policy!!"
